The University of New York at Tirana (UNYT) is the first private university in Albania, established in 2002. “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM) is a public institution of higher education in Kosovo, established on 6 March 2013 by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and ratified by the Assembly on 31 May 2013. The mission of UIBM is to provide higher education and to prepare the best workforce for jobs, subjects in technical and scientific fields.
UIBM consists of six faculties that have a total of 23 accredited programs at Bachelor and Master levels
